Audition materials are deleted when no longer necessary, and no later than 1 year after enrolment.
Financial records are retained in accordance with Danish bookkeeping legislation (5 years).
Courses and Workshops
Participant data are retained only as long as necessary for administrative purposes.

7. Data Processors
CCCC uses external service providers to support the administration of the admission process, including digital application systems and secure cloud storage solutions (e.g., Google Workspace services).
All data processors act under written data processing agreements and process personal data solely on CCCC’s instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Where relevant, appropriate safeguards for international data transfers are implemented in accordance with GDPR requirements.

CCCC has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Access to application materials is restricted to relevant members of the admission committee and administration.
