Class description
Fun with Flexibility is a dynamic yoga class blending Vinyasa/Ashtanga elements with flexibility and breath work. The session invites you to wake up the body, explore movement with curiosity, and build strength and mobility without forcing. The focus is on listening to your body, playing with balance, and allowing the breath to guide the rhythm of the practice.
Teacher:
With more than 20 years of experience as a contortionist and trapeze artist, Elise has practiced yoga for just as many years and recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa/Ashtanga.
“Yoga is the place I always return to.
To regulate my nervous system.
To keep the body aligned.
To be able to continue.
And that is something I would love to share with others.”
