(Human) Structures of Trust - Collective Acrobatics & Communication
How do we move together? How do we listen, think, and find convergence as bodies in motion?
This 4-day intensive workshop dives deep into the world of collective acrobatics — exploring the calmness, trust, and precision it takes to move as one. Over six and a half hours a day, participants will train both technically and creatively: refining group technique, discovering new ways of constructing movement, and developing the communication tools that hold it all together. We leave our egos behind and focus on understanding the needs of the group, not the individual.
Through a mix of classical acrobatic training, creative thinking, and group reflections, we’ll expand beyond duos and explore the richness of larger group formations — trios, quartets, and beyond. You’ll meet new people, sweat, discover the joy of collective-acrobatics and hopefully have good time while doing it!
Who it’s for:
Aspiring professionals, circus artists, and physically experienced people who are eager to train hard, think deeply, and collaborate fully. Whether you come as a duo, trio, or solo participant, you’ll find your place in the collective.
(Note: This workshops is focused around collective acrobatics and not ‘duo hand to hand acrobatics’)
A minimum level of experience in group acrobatics and/or hand-to-hand acrobatics is required for participation.
You’ll leave with:
- A stronger technical foundation in group acrobatics.
- Sharper tools for communication and group awareness.
- A body that’s worked hard — and a mind hungry for more.
Facilitators: Tuk Frederiksen & Søren Flor
See full workshop program here
Lunch is included all 4 days.
This workshop has limited spaces. Join us and grab your ticket today!
